At the beginning of a project, we work with our clients to establish a realistic scope, project budget, and financial contingencies. From preliminary design through construction the project budget and design are monitored and fine-tuned to yield the intended design within the established budget. We actively seek and encourage the input of our consultants, cost estimators, and contractors throughout the design process.
