TATE+BURNS
Architects LLC, a full service architectural practice, was established in December of 2000. Principals Jennifer Tate, AIA and Walker Burns, AIA, have worked in the architectural profession for more than 35 years. Jennifer Tate has a background in the fine arts, as a printmaker, and Walker Burns enjoys sailing, photography, reading and creating instrumental music. They bring to the art and science of architecture a finely developed aesthetic sense, knowledge of architectural history and vernacular styles, and a rigorous dedication to excellence.
New Residential or Renovation
We have experience with projects ranging from small renovations up to estate-scale residences, with a wide range of budgets.
Commercial & Interiors
Whether new buildings or extensive renovations, we have worked on commercial projects and interiors, as well as residential interiors.
Academic & Research
We have extensive academic, laboratory and specialty research experience with project budgets from $.5 to $6 MM and sizes from 500 to 16,000 square feet.
